Saturday saw the second session of the Queen of the South Active schools Community soccer project. Despite the weather even more local schoolchildren made the effort to join in the fun at King George V.
Regular donations from Queens fans have helped us provide the kids with free t-shirts and it was great to see some of them turning up at Palmerston in the afternoon proudly wearing their new tops.
First to receive their Trust designed FITC shirts from Chairman David Rae were Ryan Sarahs and Kirsty Howatt.
Again a big thanks to David Rae, Gordon Hyslop and the youth coaches for helping get this venture of the ground.Back
