The winner of August and September’s awards David Weatherston found himself unfortunately injured for most of these two months.

In October Queens started the month losing 3-2 to Morton. After a dreadful first half, Queens managed two late goals from Barry Wilson and Stuart Keane. The following week Derek Holmes scored a hat trick in the 3-1 win over ICT. Raith then beat us 1-0 the following week. Queens then had two wins over Airdrie and Ross County with Keano scoring a goal in each game with the rest coming from Lilley, Wyness and Paul Burns. So 3 goals each from Holmer and Keano in October and two clean sheets from David Hutton in goals. Only 3 games in November and only 1 goal from Derek Holmes however this was enough for the Junior Blues to vote him there player of the month for both October and November.
